I'd be a little careful with the whole rich family thing since that can be a little overused, as is the whole living alone thing. If she's around about the age of Fuji (which is what I assume) unless you've set things further into the future there's going to be the whole ethical/legal complications of her living alone which nitpickers are going to pick up on. After all, there's surely a minimum age for living alone (even if it's the route most people go in fics which is 'it belongs to the parents but they are never around') and if she can't cook how is she going to survive? Simple things? What about nutrition? Buying things? How can she afford it? With a job? How can she fit that around school?
I used to read a lot of OC fics (I don't anymore, I stick with just canon character fics, the PoT fandom has gone downhill with all of the terrible OC fics) to try and give advice and, truthfully, she sounds pretty much like many OCs already out there.
